In providing recruitment assistance, we are able to offer two main types of services, namely:
- Ad-Search
- Executive Search
Attached to the mentioned services, we also pleased to propose you our Assessment services, which can utilize when you have identified candidates and required our services to review them. The Assessment services have already included when you use our search services.
The remainder of this letter sets out the terms of reference, and the procedures which we would propose follow, in respect of this service, upon receiving your agreement to proceed and being briefed by you on the organizational framework, job responsibilities and person requirements.
Ad-Search
The provision of this comprehensive service will involve us in:
Assignment Preparation and Advertising
Prepare and forward to you a draft advertisement, conditions of appointment and person specifications following you approval. These documents will be used for our interview selection will pass the agency cost directly to you. Therefore Ad cost will hear to you at cost only Ad agency will invoice the cost directly to you.
Placement of the agreed Ad in the selected newspaper as suggested to be effective for souring potential candidates, upon receipt of your approval.
Screening and Evaluation of Applicants
- Acknowledge replies as necessary
- Conduct preliminary on-paper screening of those applicants whose qualifications and experience meet the requirements
- Undertaken detailed interviews with appropriate applicants and select suitable candidates for further evaluation
- Conduct appropriate skills and ability assessments of selected candidates
- Verify, where possible, claimed academic and professional qualifications
- Prepare report of interview for the shortlists candidates
Client Interview and Selection
Arrange client interviews for the short listed candidates. The outcome of the interview (s) will be informed within five (5) working days of interviewing the candidate (s).
- Conduct employment reference checks on the selected candidate
- Provided advice and guidance on the final selection and assist, as required, in compensation negotiations with the appointee
Executive Search
When assignments to find a particular executive with special expertise, our specialized search skills are then called into play. Our team of researchers is constantly gathering data on specific industries and disciplines. We have an up-to-date picture of who is out there, what their skills are and how best to approach them.
- The rigorous nature of our targeting procedures means that the first few people you interview are frequently the only ones you need to see.
- Executive Search takes a little longer. However, for very specific or senior roles where discretion is essential, it is the only sensible way to ensure success.
Process
We maintain a comprehensive network of candidates from most career disciplines and have giving best benefit to our clients for Executive Search. In providing you with our referrals from our Executive Search, we will:
- Initially review suitable candidates from our Executive Search and conduct necessary testing, where appropriate contact those candidates of interest to you to determine their availability and interest for the position within your organization, and subsequently release their details to you
- Make necessary arrangements for you to interview the candidates in which you are interested; if you do not want to proceed with the candidates, we will inform them accordingly; you should inform us the outcome of the interview(s) within five (5) working days after interviewing the candidate(s).
Fee
Our charges for the Executive Search referral service will be charged upon your appointment candidates; the fee is computed as 20-25 % of the gross annual salary package, including base salary, allowances and company car for Managerial level. We will base our fee for Managerial level for calculation on copy of employment agreement, which will be invoiced after his/her starting working date.
The fees quoted are exclusive of VAT and Tax Article 23, which will be invoiced in Rupiah. Our terms of payment are 7 (seven) days.
The personal and employment information contained in candidates resumes are provided to you in good faith and should be regarded as strictly confidential. Under no circumstances should this information be passed on to individuals any directly involved in the selection process or outside your organization.
Conclusion
Each assignment will be conducted in the strictest confidence. Under no circumstances we will not allow any confidential information to be passed on to persons who does not entitled to it.
